As a sculptor, a Research Laboratory from Los angeles offered him the opportunity of researching and developing a technique for their material, aluminum foam.  His achievement was filed in the Library of Congress in Washington D.C. under the Ethyl Corporation, Bâton-Rouge, Louisiana.
